Exporting from Final Cut Pro

Self Contained - The biggest file but the quickest way to export a video (You can only view the video on a Mac with Final Cut installed).  This method is only useful if you wish to transport and edit on a different computer.

Quick Time Conversion - This will allow you to convert your video to several different files.  The project to be viewed on any computer with Quicktime, which is fairly useful as Quicktime is fairly popular.

Compressor - This will convert your video into anything, from a mobile device to DVD to even a BluRay DVD and can be played on any computer as a disk format

when your video is finished:
1. Mark the in and our points of your sequence
2. Check for any audio peaks
3. Check the lighting of your video and make sure no changes need to be made
4. Apply deinterlace but only if your sure you have finished your video then select the clip in browser - file - export - quick time conversion or compressor
